The item is new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing its original packaging, or the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed. 

Delivery

Kerbside pallet delivery
All deliveries will take place between 9am and 6pm

Once the item is dispatched we will upload a tracking number and the link to track your order.

You can also request one hour pre call on the day (heavy and bulky items only)

PLEASE NOTE ?

- The vehicles used to deliver our items are 7.5 tons lorries, please make sure this type of vehicle will fit down your access road. This is a door to door service so be prepared on the day.

- When delivery takes place you must un-pack and fully check the item prior to signing. If you do sign as ok and acceptable then any damage notified afterwards cannot be claimed for.

- In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please refuse delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.

-You will need to provide a contact number that will be passed on to the courier or carrier; Until we receive the number the item will not be shipped. 

If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building or as near as possible depending on driveways or pathways. The items will arrive on a pallet packaged and shrink wrapped to the pallet. All deliveries are made by a single delivery driver, they may try to bring the appliance to the desired location of your choice, but they are not required or paid to do so. If the driver cannot safely move the appliance to the desired location then they will deliver it to the nearest point. Please have someone ready to help just in case.

Please check the item will fit into your house before purchase as returns for this item will be refunded however you will have to pay the cost for return postage and the original postage 

Payment

We accept PayPal payments for added security and peace of mind. The price of this item includes VAT at 20%. We will upon request provide a VAT receipt.  We will only refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on collection or cash on local delivery.

Returns

A F S does not accept returns and is not responsible for:

1. Defects, failures, damages or performance limitations caused in whole or in part by (A) power failures, surges, fires, floods, snow, ice, lightning, excessive heat or cold, highly corrosive environments, accidents, actions of third parties, or other events outside of A F S's control, or (B) customer?s abuse, mishandling, misuse, negligence, improper storage, servicing or operation, or unauthorized attempts to repair or alter the product in any way. Customer must provide qualified technical personnel to maintain and repair the product.

2. Alterations and/or Modifications to any part of the purchased products, without  A F S's written authorization unconditionally, VOIDS the A F S Standard Warranty. Products modified to customer?s specifications that are later found not to meet customer?s needs or expectations.

3. The performance of the products when used in combination with items not purchased, specified or approved by A F S.

4. Batteries and other consumable goods.

5. Wearable items, such as tooling, cables, part harnesses, contacts etc. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
